Airbnb CEO Brian Chesky has announced that ChatGPT will not be integrated into the travel app for now. The OpenAI interface, he said, is “not yet robust enough” to meet Airbnb’s needs. Instead, the company relies on a mix of 13 different AI models — with Alibaba’s Qwen as the main pillar.
“We’re relying a lot on Alibaba’s Qwen… very good, fast and cheap.”
